# Managed IT That Earns Its Keep

Proactive monitoring, patching, helpdesk, and on-call engineers covering every endpoint, server, and network device — billed predictably, not by the ticket.

Built on

- Microsoft 365
- Huntress
- Fortinet
- Barracuda Networks

## What You Get

- 24/7/365 endpoint monitoring with sub-minute alerting
- Vetted patch management for OS + 3rd-party apps
- Tier 2+ engineers on the helpdesk during business hours
- On-call rotation for after-hours critical issues
- Living documentation: network diagrams, app vendors, license inventory
- Quarterly business review with your account engineer
- Asset inventory + license compliance tracking

Most managed IT contracts read like cell-phone bills: tiered, surprise-laden, and built so the vendor wins when you have problems. Ours doesn't. We bill flat per-device, watch your environment 24/7, fix issues before they reach your team, and document everything we touch.

## The Full Deliverable

### Proactive Monitoring Across Every Endpoint

Workstations, servers, network gear, and cloud workloads — instrumented and alerting before users notice. Our monitoring stack and correlation rules are built on two decades of running small to mid-market environments.

### Patching That Actually Happens

OS, browser, and third-party application patches deployed on a vetted schedule. Critical security patches go out within 48 hours of vendor release; we test against your environment first so a Microsoft Tuesday patch never breaks your line-of-business app on Wednesday.

### Real Engineers on the Helpdesk

When your team submits a ticket, a Tier 2+ engineer picks it up — not a script-reader. Average response: under 15 minutes during business hours. After-hours rings through to on-call.

### Documentation That Survives Turnover

Network diagrams, AD structure, app-vendor escalation paths, license inventories — kept current after every change. When an internal IT lead leaves or a new C2 engineer joins your account, nothing institutional gets lost.

## Patches That Don't Break Things

We test every Microsoft Tuesday patch against your environment in a staging ring before deploying to production. The whole pipeline runs on autopilot — you only hear from us if something needs your call.

```bash
c2techsys ~ patch-deploy
>
$c2 patch deploy --org=acme --ring=prod
Validating staging ring (24h soak)…
✓Staging ring: 0 regressions, 0 reboots required
Deploying to production: 247 endpoints
✓247/247 endpoints patched · 12m elapsed
✓0 user-facing disruptions · 0 helpdesk tickets
>$c2 ticket auto-resolve --org=acme
Resolved 23 tickets · avg 8m · 0 escalations
```

## Common Questions

### How Is This Priced?

Per-device for workstations and servers. Network monitoring and upkeep is priced per network rather than per device. We pull both — plus any other managed endpoints — into a single flat monthly number, quoted after a 30-minute discovery call. No 'starter/pro/enterprise' tiers.

### What's Covered vs. What's Billable?

Everything in your environment is covered: monitoring, patching, helpdesk, on-call, and project planning. Hardware purchases and major projects (e.g., a multi-site Wi-Fi refresh) are quoted separately.

### How Fast Do You Respond to Tickets?

Under 15 minutes during business hours, typically much faster for anything tagged 'urgent.' After-hours, on-call rings within 5 minutes for critical issues.

### Do You Work with Our Existing Software / Line-of-Business Apps?

Yes. Onboarding includes documenting every line-of-business app, the vendor, the support contact, and the typical failure modes — so when something goes sideways we already know who to call.

### Can We Keep Our Existing IT Person and Use You for Overflow?

Absolutely. Many of our clients have an internal IT lead and use C2 as their bench — covering nights/weekends, project work, and specialty areas like security or SD-WAN.
